Internal Regulations

1. General provisions:

Persons accessing this hotel establishment will be obliged to comply with this Regulation, insofar as it does not contravene Law 13/2011, of December 23, on Tourism, Decree Law 13/2020, of May 18, on hotel establishments, and other applicable Rules and Precepts.

2. Access, admission and stay in the establishment:

This hotel establishment is for public use and free access, with no restrictions other than those derived from legal provisions and these regulations. Admission and continued stay at this establishment will only be denied for the following reasons:

a) Due to lack of accommodation capacity or facilities.

b) For failure to comply with the admission requirements established in this regulation.

c) For engaging in conduct that may cause danger or annoyance to other people or users, or for hindering the normal development of the activity. Likewise, it will be grounds for expulsion to cause malicious damage to the facilities, disturbances, or excessive noise, especially in the event of complaints from other users whose peace and privacy are disturbed.

d) When the minimum age established to access any area of the hotel is not met.

e) When the person does not meet minimum hygiene conditions.

f) When the person carries weapons and objects that can be used as such, unless they are members of the Security Forces or private escorts and access the establishment in the exercise of their functions.

When the aforementioned circumstances arise, or when individuals violate one or more of the restrictions listed above, the establishment's staff may require them to leave, after payment, if applicable, of any outstanding bills for services and consumption. If necessary, assistance will be requested from law enforcement in accordance with Article 36 of the Tourism Law and Article 25 of the Hotel Regulations Decree Law.

It is expressly stated that free access to the facilities, services and accommodations of this hotel establishment will not be denied or restricted to persons who wish to do so, for reasons of sex, disability, religion, opinion or any other personal or social circumstance.

People not staying at the establishment will not be able to use the reserved or private spaces of the Hotel's clients, such as the pool, elevators, rooms, etc.

Access is prohibited for people accompanied by animals, with the exception of people accompanied by assistance dogs, as established by Law 11/2021, of December 28, which regulates assistance dogs for people with disabilities in Andalusia.

Access to shows and recreational activities offered by the hotel is regulated in accordance with articles 5 and 7 of Decree 10/2003, of January 28, which approves the General Regulations for the Admission of Persons to Public Show Establishments and Recreational Activities.

3. Registration and admission document:

The person or persons wishing to make use of the accommodation units, the common facilities and, where applicable, the complementary services detailed in this Regulation, must present their identification documents for the purpose of their admission and registration in the establishment's register.

Two people are not allowed to stay in a double room that has been booked as a single room. In this case, the person must register at reception and pay the rate set for double occupancy.

Once the person or persons have been registered, this establishment will provide an admission document stating the room number, the number of people who will occupy it, the arrival and departure dates, and the reservation number.

The hotel establishment may request prior payment guarantee, indistinctly by any of these means, credit card, bank transfer for the contracted services, both for the entire reservation as well as for the extras.

The complementary services offered and provided by this establishment or by other persons or entities are detailed at reception, will be formalized in their corresponding documents and will be settled according to the agreed conditions.

RULES OF COEXISTENCE AND OPERATION

4. Rights and obligations of users

Users may freely access the establishment and remain there, subject to the limitations contained in the rules of submission indicated in section 1 and in this regulation.

Users have the right to receive truthful and complete information before contracting the services offered. They also have the right to have their safety, privacy, and peace of mind ensured in these services, to have the services correspond to the agreed-upon conditions, and to receive an invoice, in accordance with legal requirements, for the services contracted directly. Furthermore, they have the right to be provided with complaint forms should they wish to file a complaint.

Users are obliged to observe the rules contained in this regulation and those issued by the Management regarding safety, coexistence and hygiene, for proper use of the establishment.

Users must prove their status by showing the identification card issued at registration when requested, respect the facilities and equipment of this establishment, and pay for the contracted services upon presentation of the invoice or according to the agreed terms as per Article 21 of the Decree Law. Filing a complaint does not exempt users from the obligation to pay for the contracted services.

5. Rights and obligations of the hotel company.

In accordance with Article 25.3 of Royal Decree-Law 13/2020 of May 18, this establishment may request the assistance of law enforcement officers to remove from its premises any users who violate these regulations, who attempt to access or remain on the premises for a purpose other than the normal use of hotel services, and also, where applicable, any persons who are not registered as users, or who fall under the circumstances described in paragraph 2 above. Only registered persons may access the accommodation units.

This establishment may request a payment guarantee for the contracted services, in accordance with applicable regulations, and may charge the corresponding amount to the users' accounts for damages or defects caused to the facilities, furniture and elements of the establishment due to negligence or misuse by them.

The hours of operation for various services may also vary throughout the seasons, depending on availability. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service outside of these hours, as well as when maximum authorized capacity is exceeded or when requests are made at the limit of admission, thereby disrupting the operational schedule of these services. Details of these services, their scheduled hours, prices, and terms of use can be found on the QR code in your room and will also be displayed at the entrances. Information on the emergency evacuation plan will be posted in each room.

This establishment is obligated to display its prices prominently at reception and make them readily available to guests. It is also obligated to inform guests, before booking, of the terms and conditions of service and pricing. Services must be provided with the highest quality, in accordance with the establishment's category and the agreed-upon terms. Guests must be treated with courtesy. The facilities and services must be maintained in good condition. Complaint forms must be available and made known to guests. Guests who cannot be accommodated due to overbooking will be offered alternative accommodation in a similar establishment in the same area, belonging to the same group, type of accommodation (if applicable), and specialty, and of the same or higher category. Any additional costs or surcharges incurred as a result of this alternative accommodation will be borne by the establishment, which will, conversely, refund any difference in its favor to the guest.

6. Occupancy periods of the accommodation units:

Guests at this establishment have the right to occupy the accommodation unit from 3:00 PM on the first day of the contracted period until 12:00 PM on the designated departure date. Any changes should be inquired at reception. Extending the stay beyond the contracted period is possible by purchasing the late check-out service. Should a guest wish to stay longer than the number of days contracted and specified in the admission document, prior agreement between both parties is required.

7. Prices, invoices and information:

Rates with prices and conditions for the different types of accommodation are available on the hotel's website and are subject to change.

Rates with prices and conditions for restaurant services, bars, parking, laundry, safe rental, deposits for use of pool towels and complementary services of our own and of people or entities outside are detailed at the hotel reception.

Accommodation rates will be billed per day and according to the number of nights. The minimum charge per accommodation will be the amount for one night or day, with the day considered to end at 12:00 noon on the day following the arrival date.

The establishment may require its users, at any time and upon presentation of the invoice and its receipts, to pay for services provided other than accommodation, even if the payment for the latter has been agreed in advance.

Individuals or legal entities that provide complementary services on the premises of this hotel are responsible for their staff and their conduct, the operation and maintenance of their facilities, their pricing, and all aspects related to their own services. The owner of each of these facilities will be clearly identified.

Each accommodation unit also has a QR code with information and prices for the most common services.

Invoices will only be provided for accommodations and services contracted directly by users.

Use of the swimming pools and their furnishings is free for hotel guests. Reserving sun loungers is prohibited. After one hour, any items placed there for the purpose of reserving sun loungers will be removed by hotel staff.

It is forbidden to use towels and other linens from the room for outdoor use. The establishment provides towels for the exclusive use of the pool; these are available at reception. There is no charge for their use, only a deposit which will be refunded upon return of the towels. Subsequent laundering, requested by guests, will be charged according to the prices and conditions posted at reception.

The hotel establishment is not responsible for the price, nor for the use of tools, equipment and other services provided outside the premises of the hotel establishment, nor for the behavior of personnel not belonging to it, unless expressly stated in its conditions and rates.

USE AND ENJOYMENT OF FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES

8. Reception.

At reception, guests will complete the necessary procedures for admission to the hotel and receive access cards for their accommodations. The management team, along with the quality assurance and reception staff, are responsible for all internal hotel matters and provide information and advice to guests.

9. Currency exchange.

The establishment does not offer this service.

10. Safety deposit boxes.

Each accommodation has a safety deposit box available for rent; all necessary information is available at reception. The establishment is not responsible for the loss of items or valuables not deposited in these boxes.

11. Laundry – dry cleaning.

Information regarding the terms and conditions of these services, their prices, and the hours for dropping off and returning garments is available at reception. The establishment is not responsible for garments that, due to their condition or use, shrink, fade, or deteriorate. 12. Pool towels

The establishment provides towels for exclusive use by the pool; these are available at reception. There is no charge for their use, only a deposit which will be refunded upon return of the towels. Subsequent washes, as requested by guests, will be charged according to the prices and conditions posted at reception.

13. Swimming pool and gardens

Their use is free for hotel guests. The schedules and conditions of use, detailed below, are specified in the directories available at the accommodations:

The use of the swimming pools outside of the opening hours established and published in the hotel directory and the pool itself is prohibited, as during these hours the maintenance staff begins cleaning and chlorinating the waters.

The establishment is not responsible for injuries or damages that occur to people or their belongings due to disregarding said schedule.

The use of floats, balls and similar items is prohibited in the swimming pool, except for floats or swimmers for children.

Diving into swimming pools headfirst is prohibited, as is playing with balls or similar objects in the gardens, for the benefit of other people, lawns, and plants. The use of music devices, instruments, or players at a volume that disturbs other users is also prohibited.

The consumption of drinks or food not purchased at the establishment is prohibited outside of the accommodations.

For hygiene reasons, eating is prohibited in the pools and gardens, except in the areas under the control of bars and restaurants. Bringing glasses or other glass objects into the bathing area is strictly prohibited.

The pool does not have a lifeguard service; parents or guardians of minors should not leave their children unattended.

For hygiene reasons, it is mandatory to shower before using the pools, always wear a swimsuit and do not enter the pools with diapers or similar items.

The use of towels, blankets, etc., from the accommodation facilities, is prohibited in the pool and garden areas.

The use of sun loungers in the pool area is free of charge. It is not permitted to reserve sun loungers by placing clothing or other personal items on them indefinitely without continuous use. If necessary, and under the circumstances described, staff may remove clothing or items from the sun loungers so they can be used by other guests.

14. Food and beverage service.

If a guest is checking out before the restaurant's closing time, they can enjoy a cold breakfast. To receive this cold breakfast, they must notify reception the day before the service is required.

Food is not allowed to be taken out of buffet restaurants.

15. Parking

The use of the parking lot is for the exclusive use of guests staying at the hotel and is subject to payment of the applicable fee and the availability of parking spaces.

When parking your vehicle, please occupy only one parking space; otherwise, you will be required to pay for two parking spaces.

The use of the parking area designated for disabled persons must be justified by displaying the required card inside the vehicle.

The establishment is not responsible for damage caused to or received by vehicles using this service, nor for items deposited inside them, nor for the theft of the vehicle itself.

Parking will cost a maximum of €22/day. (Depending on the season)

16. GDPR

In order to guarantee the safety, privacy and tranquility of users, this hotel establishment has technical electronic surveillance devices, with permanent recording elements, in gardens, corridors and other general or common areas.

The personal data of our clients will be processed for the purposes of booking, providing and collecting payment for hotel services, and, with your express consent, sending information about offers and services provided by the hotel. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), data portability, restriction of processing, and objection to processing by simply contacting the hotel through any means, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

17. Extra Services.

• Pool towel, €1 change, €10 deposit.

• Check-out time is 2:00 PM, with a maximum charge of €150, and always subject to availability.

• Check-out time is 18:00, with a maximum charge of €250, and always subject to availability.

• In-room safe €3/day.

• Cot in room, €5 per day, always subject to availability.

• Extra Bed €40 per day.

• Room Change:

If it is of the same category, the cost will be €30.

If it is of a higher category, the cost will be €40.

Upgrade to a suite for a maximum price of €350

This is always subject to availability at the time of the request.

• If smoking is permitted in the rooms, an extra charge of €200 plus VAT will be applied for cleaning.

18. Miscellaneous.

• Animals are not allowed in the establishment, except as indicated for guide dogs for disabled people (section 2 of these regulations).

• Minors are not allowed to use the elevators without being accompanied by a responsible adult.

• “Balconing” is prohibited (an activity in which a guest staying at a hotel decides to go from balcony to balcony or jump into the pool from it, putting their physical integrity at risk); practicing it may lead to expulsion from the establishment.

• Hanging towels on room balconies is prohibited. A towel rack is available in the shower for this purpose.

• It is not permitted to wander around common areas and spaces without shoes and with a bare torso.

• If needed, we have an iron available for you. Please ask for it at reception.

• From 00:00 hours onwards, it is mandatory to maintain due silence in the corridors and accommodations in order not to disturb the rest of other users.

• Before entering the establishments, users must show their admission document or card to the staff in order to verify the charges they will be charged for their purchases.

• Half board includes breakfast and dinner, excluding drinks. Food, meals, and drinks may not be taken out of the hotel dining areas.

• Based on Law 28/20025, smoking and vaping are not permitted in the hotel rooms and common areas except in designated areas.

• Room cleaning hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you would like your room cleaned, please hang the "Please clean room" sign outside your door. If you would like to be left undisturbed, please hang the "Please do not disturb" sign outside your room door.

• The consumption of drinks or food not purchased at the hotel is prohibited in all hotel facilities.

• It is forbidden to take food and drinks out of the different points of sale: restaurant, bar, and snack bar.

• The use, consumption or possession of dangerous products and substances is expressly prohibited in all areas and premises of this establishment, in accordance with current public health legislation.

• The use or consumption of psychotropic substances or narcotics is expressly prohibited in all areas and facilities of this establishment, in accordance with current public health legislation. The establishment reserves the right to terminate services contracted by any client who violates this rule.

• In general, the use of remote-controlled toys, drones, or similar devices is prohibited in all areas of the hotel. Guests wishing to use their drones for photography or filming purposes must obtain prior authorization from Hotel Management.

• In order to guarantee the safety, privacy and tranquility of users, this hotel establishment has technical electronic surveillance devices, with permanent recording elements, in corridors and other general or common areas.

Cooking in the rooms is strictly prohibited. You may only use the water heater (upon request at reception) and only for heating water.

• To avoid the risk of accidents, do not use glasses and other glass objects in the pool area.

• If you discover any damage or abnormality, please contact Reception.

• Immediately notify the establishment staff of any abnormal event you notice, such as: people acting suspiciously in the hallway, repeated phone calls from unidentified people, knocks on your room door from unknown people, or finding no one at the door when you go to open it.

• Please use the facilities properly, respecting the furniture.

• We appreciate your participation in the event that any disaster or evacuation drill is carried out during your stay at the Hotel.

• Some schedules may change depending on the time of year.

• The prices for accommodation and extra services will be available on the hotel website, and you can also be informed of them at reception if you wish.

• We have a selection of toiletries available upon request at reception.
